I chanced on AR UK Visa after weeks of (re)searching for solicitor/immigration advisor online after my partner and I have dealt with a solicitor who was not responsive for months and we were left worried. From the first “No Obligation Call” I placed to Ms. Aisha and her answers to my numerous questions, I was left with no doubt that we should contract her and her team to help us with my Family Visa application as I had overstayed my previous visa due to Covid-19. I found ARUK in the government website. Aisha was the solicitor in charge of handling our case, Spouse visa ILR (outside of UK). She gave us a free consultation call before we jumped right into deciding to do the whole process and answered all our questions accordingly. It was such a good and seamless experience. I actually ended up hiring Aisha twice in a span of two years because I did not know that the application expires if you take too much time gathering all the requirements needed. She is very dependable and organised. She made sure my husband and I had more than enough to expedite the process without problems. We were able to get a positive decision outside the UK and in a different country from my home country. It took 20 days. Once I got to the UK, I was able to collect BRP the next working day as I arrived in the evening. Thank you Aisha and ARUK. We will definitely recommend you to others.
