If you decide to stay in the UK, you should apply for the necessary leave to remain to regularise your stay. You will be able to submit an application from within the UK,

If you are in the UK - You are expected to take all reasonable steps to leave the UK where it is possible to do so or apply to regularise your stay in the UK.

You may be eligible for settlement - Indefinite Leave to Remain, if your partner is a British citizen settled in the UK.

You can become a British citizen - There are different ways to apply for British citizenship based on your circumstances. You do not automatically get British citizenship if you were born in the UK.

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021.

You can apply for a family visa to live with your spouse or partner, fiancé, proposed civil partner, child, parent, relative who will provide you with long term care for you.

You can apply for a Student visa to study in the UK if you are 16 or over and you have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor; have enough funds to support yourself and pay for your course.

A Skilled Worker visa allows you to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with an approved employer.
