Family Visa

Applications can be made under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) (the right to respect for private and family life).

Live permanently in the UK - Get your Indefinite Leave to Remain to settle in the UK permanently

EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status)

You may be able to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK or if you are a family member of an eligible person of Northern Ireland.

Become a British Citizen

There are different ways to apply for British citizenship (or ‘naturalisation’) based on your circumstances.

Appeal and Admin Review

You may be able to appeal your adverse decision or apply for an Administrative Review.

Deportation

A person can be considered for deportation under the immigration rules and when a deportation order will be revoked. It also applies where deportation is recommended by a court.
