Global Talent visa: Tech Nation
Tech Nation has become part of Founders Forum Group and will continue to assess digital technology applications for the Global Talent visa.
On 25 April 2023, Tech Nation announced it has become part of Founders Forum Group.
This does not change the current process of applying for Global Talent endorsement as a digital technology applicant. Applicants can still use Tech Nation website to continue an application they have already started or they can start a new application.

Apply for a Global Talent visa to work in the UK.
If you are a leader or potential leader in:
· Academia or research
· Arts and culture
· Digital technology
You must be 18 years of age to apply for UK GT visa.
Applicants can usually only apply for a GT visa if they have successfully applied for an endorsement that they are leaders or potential leaders in any of the above stated fields of expertise.

Length of Stay
Successful applicants can live and work in the UK for up to 5 years on the basis of their Global Talent visa.
There is no time limit to how long one can stay in the UK. However, applicants will need to renew their visa when it expires. Each extension can last from 1 to 5 years.
Applicants may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after 3 or 5 years, subject to their field of work and their application.
Ways to Apply
One can apply for a GT visa online from:
· Outside the UK – entry clearance visa to come to the UK on GT visa;
· Inside the UK – to extend their current visa; or
· Inside the UK – switching from a different visa.
